I used it for awhile but found no difference. Just keep water changes up to a schedule and everything will do well on its own is what i have noticed. depends on whats in your tank too i guess. Im not too clued up on crazy exotic corals haha.

Finding it hard to find any real info on the Aquaone Trace Element product.
What I did find, advertised as "trace" elements, I didn't expect to see Calcium & Magnesium as these are major elements.
lithium & molybdenum are also listed which are really just used as a "filler"
If you did use this I think the benefits seen would be from the Calcium / Magnesium elements.
Do a comparison between the Aquaone & Replenish

Thanks for the replys guys :) ill have a look into replenish, ive just got another bottle of the aqua one stuff, my big goni seems to love it
