I learnt coding at tafe 10 years ago... i can do it! but there is a reason i am a plumber not a programmer ;)

I'm not surprised, I've seen what plumbers charge!!!

Well after much fluffing around, I've finally started soldering. I figure if I can get the LED rig going 1st I could (the drivers don't need to use a PWM signal to turn on), I could add the controller onto it when that's finished. Just finished the drivers screw terminals, now onto the LEDs...

Its just not my night... The damn soldering iron has decided to throw a wobbly... On the hunt for my back-up soldering iron, but I have a feeling one of my little terrors has done something with it. :mad:

When I get my screen I will start a new thread on getting the Arduino/Screen working and how to load sketches etc.

Finally got the Jarduino sketch loaded. Will putup pics later today. I can't upload pics off my cell phone.
Still waiting on a proto board to finish it off, and temp sensors.

I ordered my screen from ITeadStudio - it is on the slow plane from China :( A number of other things I ordered from China at around the same time arrived last week.

That's what I noticed about itead. It's faster getting stuff from Ebay

And the silly thing is that the stuff I got via eBay included 'free postage' whereas the order from ITeadStudio had an extra postage cost.
