I love my Nass - it would make my day if I ever saw some babies.
I've had 4 snails for a month- they do this sort of thing every week.

I wake up to snail goop just about every day too haha I've never seen my snails though... Haha

Unfortunately, there are not too many reports of Nassarius sp. growing to adults in the home aquarium, although I seem to remember @Dr. Schell having some success. Most species have a long planktonic stage which, given our use of filters, skimmers etc, makes it difficult for the veligers to survive long enough to settle.
