Where is the best/best value place to buy fish??
In sydney at lfs or online im not really fussed.
Can you guys give me some guidance with your dealings.

Cant help you as I'm from Melb. but there is a massive difference between best and best value. There are LFS in VIC that have I have heard have poor reputations for fish surviving long after they're brought home. I know people who have different store for different items. My advice is to jump in the car and LFS crawl. See the fish, ask to see them feed, take note of the stores facilities, ask heaps of questions. That way you not only decide for yourself but see and hear a little more. 90% of LFS will put fish on hold for you, just be nice enough to let the LFS know to take them off hold if your not gonna buy them. he is mate, and alot of us can vouch for the quality of his stock. Literally hundreds of them there and he will catch any you pick

If you get stuck on the peps I might be able to help you out there, see what you can sus out but don't go paying $90 a pair

Lfs rate at the moment seems to be able 45 in Sydney which is just stupid.

25 if fairly standard but now that a few breeders have come back online there can be a few around for 15.

In qld these prices would all seem high, like snails we just seem to get hit up hard in sydney

We are even further away :p

Clown prices at LFS here seem to be $35-40 each.
