Hello everyone,

As you all can see, the Buy / Trade / Sell forum is now gone. It is now named Classifieds.

Currently, there are a few basic categories in which to place your listing. These are Consumables, Livestock and Hardware. All members are to use the classifieds section to trade and sell from now on. This is a free service for members only (not for business use).

Many of you will see that there is a little thing called "Prefix" when you go to create a new topic. Please fill out this prefix. You will select your state, or "shipping" if you are willing to ship the item.

Any suggestions are welcome. Please post in the appropriate category.



IMPORTANT

To all users who have listed items in the buy / trade / sell forums, please repost your thread in the appropriate category in the classifieds. All of the threads from the state forums, and the old interstate buy / trade / sell forum are going to be deleted on the 1st of September, 2012.

Nice! Would there be a way to easily search these forums? Once they start getting 10 ads per day, would be nice to filter by state etc. Probably asking for something that requires 1000 hours of coding, but hey =0)

Also when you say 'not for business use', does that mean LFS and OLFS ads aren't allowed?

Hi chimaera,

Tonight it will be possible to filter by state. You will be able to go to any category, then select which state you would like to see. It will then filter the results.

Correct, LFS and OLFS will not be able to post in the classifieds. They are going to need to use a "specials" forum where they can post up new prices, etc. This will be a paid service for businesses.
