Hi another question, is it advisable to use protein skimmer, wave maker, or lights when cycling the tank,thanks

yep I would, all of them. If you want to save energy you could run your lights for shorter periods, but to be honest - I love a algae bloom at the end of the cycle to ensure that everything has done what it is meant to do before adding fish :)
