nice. I really like damsels, just not their behavior. Once it all settles down you have great room for some coral there
thanks @aussieant32 :) im looking at getting a timer for my light which i can get from jaycar electronics. i think they're about $30 from memory. im planning on sticking zoas on that archway-shaped rock with some aqua knead it. looking out for some nice frags. will wait a bit though. i also need a ATO top up pump that will fit in a 25 L container. the hole is only bout 5cm in diameter. can i found anything that will fit?

tunze osmolator might fit. Why such a small hole?
thats the size of the hole for the lid. its pretty much the container that LFS's give you to put your NSW or ASW in. i could go something cheaper but because the hole is so small the evaporation wont be as much

What you do it get a container that is solely for the ATO pump, put a hole in the lid for the hose to go through, then the pump stays in the container. Then you connect the hose to the pump, fill with water, lid on, rinse and repeat when she is almost empty. No evaporation :)

get a container it will fit. Don't worry about using the one the LFS sell, use that to transport the water. Go to bunnings and get a bucket or something that has a lid, easy :)

I got a 30l container from bunnings with a big screw on water tight lid. I drilled holes in the side for the tube and wire so I can leave the lid on and the water doesnt evaporate. Ive been using it for about 6 months now its great, I just need a bigger container now!

where abouts on the side? where the lid is or the actual container? if you did drill the container, how do you stop it from leaking? haha

Drilled in the top next to the lid (poor choice of words in the previous post sorry!), obviously I only put in about 29l when I fill it lol.
