Day 14 Things Work Better When Modified.
With the biggest bacteria explosion I've ever seen, the tank is still a white soup.
I put it down to a couple of things maybe the fact that I did not rinse the aragonite properly and the same goes for the calcium reactor media too. I could zap it with a UV light but can't be bothered to do that yet.
I made a modification to the return pipeworks.
The coral branches will now slide over the return making my future tank move easier and quicker. This will also prevent and drain effect as these pipes will finish high in the water colomn . The water will drain to the lowest point say 50 mm from the top of the tank.
