Thanks guys, lol @Sarg Calcium reactor holding things steady for the past 4 days now at 8dkh. Just monitoring and testing every 48hours.

Its using around 80ml of effluent a minute at 3 bubbles per second of Co2 so its damn thristy! Acro is growing well and colour is coming back :)

Be sure to monitor calc rx if you stick a Clam or more Acro in there mate...but you knew that ;)
Calcium reactor is the way forward fellow followers :)

Loving the calrx, i was always intimidated by the complexity look of them but really quite simple to setup.

would be interested in your maintenance and dosing routine?

looking amazing VP :)

curious what the light in the sump is for? seems to clean to have had macro or anything in there lol

There is macro in there, just seeded it with some cheato ;)

Maintenance is quite simple, clean skimmer and filter sock once a week and do approx 12% water change every fortnight.

I was using brightwell neo marine salt but have now changed to Red Sea salt, just the standard stuff. To be honest i have used 5 different salt brands and have noticed no difference in my tank from either, just using red sea now as its the cheapest :).
