Picking up the skimmer this week deltec sc 1350.
Then hopefully ordering a reef rod from the uk for the rock work to be drilled onto .

Thanks guys looking forward to seeing how the kessils perform seeing as they won led's on reefbuilders 2012.

awesome i cant wait to see these Kessil's perform ive been waiting to see a nice tank with some on especially larger than a nano :)

Hi Chim yeah that was me lol .
Ernie bought the Kessils for his home tank but his tank is about 800 or 900 deep or something like that , and the kessils won't penetrate that deep , they are fine with about 600 deep . They have a coverage width of 300 on the narrow version that I have , so 2 will cover the 700 needed as I am doing a pillar/ gully reefscape and will be using a reef rods .....http://www.reef-eden-international.com/reef_rods.htm from the uk . 2 pillars and maybe a smaller bommie at the front , well that's the plan anyway.

Thanks Leo I can't wait either , if you youtube kessils , check out the shimmer affect they give off , they are amazing.

how much are these things worth?

About $100 I think , the postage is the killer $70 ! I am having them posted to my parents place in the uk and will pick them up in september myself .....way cheaper.
