So this happened on the weekend....

Was just a lazy 11 hour round trip to pick him up, but was well worth it. Note - that pic is not from my tank, but from the previous owners (I didn't want to scare the little guy with my big camera just yet!)

I see the wholesale prices on those out of Vanuatu and HOLY SHIT BATMAN!!! They have all kinds of oddballs there, Panda Angel - Centropyge heraldi x, Vanuatu, Blue Spot Angel - Centropyge flavissimus x vrolki, Electric Blue Angel - Centropyge flavissimus x vrolki, Bicolor Groucho Angel - Centropyge flavissimus x bicolor, Red Crested Angel, Smokey Lemon, Smokey Lemon Premium and Smokey Lemon Black Tail. Those start at $120USD and go up to $350USD and about $40 shipping each to the US, then another $15 ea to get them across the US. :eek

Yeah not cheap, retail around the $1500 mark over here, thankfully I didn't pay retail - but still wasn't cheap!

Drove most of the way to Adelaide, got them to meet me at tintinara which was a life saver!

That picture was actually from when the previous owner had just put him in the tank. This was the best picture I could get tonight, little guy is very shy

Settled in fairly well, someone had a nip at him but is all good now :)

Femininus wrasse still going well, my yellow candy hog has decided to be an alpha male after I unfortunately lost my red candy hog, but thankfully it seems to be calming down now.

I was tempted to get a dwarf angel yesterday ... Reeflections had a keyhole and a bicolour, and Mentone had eibl and coral beauty. Have to say the eibl is the prettiest, even if not as stunning as this hybrid. Though at $35 I am sure it was a bit cheaper than this hybrid too ;)
