Difficult to prove isn't it, and you've got to wonder how many shits they give about investigating and enforcing it. In my mind the risks would be if you keep them and they somehow get into the waterways where they would grow, they may disrupt the natural balance of things. Not worth it for me or anyone really. But, people will do what they do.
Herein lies the problem, you have one of, if not the most beautiful reef system in the world and if those rics got loose, they could wreak havoc on the ecosystem. Up here we're trying to eradicate the lionfish that have gotten loose either by deliberate introduction or via one of the hurricanes that ravaged south Florida. People just don't give a shit, if a dog is disposable to them, do you think they'd do the right thing with an anemone? The thing that REALLY pisses me off is it's the animal that pays the ultimate price in the end and that's a damn crime in my book. :mad:
