I'm using one of the set programs on a 12hr day. P2 I'm pretty sure is what I've got mine set on and the moonlights are set to about 5% of blues and purples at 5% overall, it's only just enough to make the tank out at night

I always liked factory set P2 (dynamic)
Have a play around with the settings in S 1,2,3 (static)
When you come up with the right colour rendition you can incorporate those settings into P1 or P2.

Yeh I got 2 x 120s for my new 8ft. I am running one on my 4ft atm whilst waiting for cabinet for new 8ft. I too am very impressed. My only complaint is they fairly heavy because I am hanging mine from ceiling. But as far as light output, spectrum range and programmable functions I'm very satisfied

Anemones have settled after the initial dummy spit by a couple of nems with the new lighting.....but please to say they've all settled in and looking amazing.....a couple of nems are hidden in the pic, and colour is distorted as pic was taken during one of the evening zone...

The tank/anemones are loving the P2 setting, BUT time to tweet the spectrum/settings to improve colouration/view. No idea of the science/theories...a collector mentioned that the "nicer" coloured haddoni's tend to be found in deeper water 15-40m. and that I should perhaps adjust my LED's and decrease the white light.

Love some direction on how I can tweet the lighting to best show the colours of the anemone, without any ill effects etc.....i.e. how low can I have my white light ? At 0 White, the tank looks amazing, but no doubt (presume) white light is required :-)

Thank you in advance as I have no knowledge of what each spectrum does/its importance...etc

So far only getting growth from T5 but not the colours yet.... As a Illumagic led head I can say I got the colours from the led. Some of my coral were outstanding after a few months.
So far led vs T5 I sit on the fence. I think that led might need a touch longer acclimatisation period,
I'm still not convinced about going to T5.
Kind of thinking that it's all about adaptation.

@BlueBolts
Thanks for posting your dynamic program 2
I would suggest around segment 9, 10,11 and 12 is where you cut the white bank of light , let's try cutting it in half for now and see the effects. Possibly if you are game...reduce to about the value to 90.
In the past I ran my lights at about 60 to 70 percent and had great SPS colour. Let's try playing with the white bank first before we play with overall intensity. Keep us posted with your findings.

2-3 months since Ive adjusted the P2 Setting, by reducing the white by 50-70% with improve colour and behaviour....anemones don't appear to be reaching and extending "UP", and a more flat/saddled, which is great :-)
