Interesting read up on Zeo Start for Carbon Dosing
Found an interesting read up with comparing ZeoStart 3 to RedSea's N03-P04x
User "uglyfish" indicates that he diluted zeostart with RODI water 5:1 and tested with a salifert nitrate test kit.
Results show ZeoStart contains nitrates...Vinegar and Nitrate
He also writes:
"Zeostart did lower phosphate more than biopellets did. Wasn't imagining it would and it is because it contains extra nitrate. Since dosing nitrate (without knowing it) I can save my money and just add nitrate."
