Very nice.Was the first fish I wanted but that dream is long gone as I wanted other fish as well.

okay so I picked these 2 up yesterday morning and I had the lfs feed them some guppies before purchase just to make sure they were eating and happy and proud to say yes both are doing great :) all fed and have fat bellies lol also picked up some clean up crew including a hermit crab and snails I will be down near my tank every day you can count on that I love these little guys that will soon turn into big monsters :P also added about $40 worth of base rock/dead coral etc looks great and should have some marine pure balls in the tank later today if not then Monday for sure

full tank shot to come tomorrow everyone I wont take one now as its a bit wet :P

everyone meet Kira ( old English meaning killer) and Sir Fredericks :P both fish were out in full view this morning and as for coral its not a yes or no at this time I run my gyre on 30% and the fish crab and snails are loving life also sorry for somewhat crappy FTS had to back up on an angle lol might have to feed them some guppies or shrimp ( no damn goldfish ever)

Cool fish! I have always liked the Lions, I just wish they didn't eat other fish lol.
Any plans on arranging the rocks and making some caves for the fish? It also makes it easier to clean the glass and you get more water flowing around the rocks when they aren't up against the glass.

possibly if I can get in there without being stung :P that would not be something I would look forward to

Any chance you can give us a picture? Could well be T5, which means you can change the colour of the tubes to suit you likings :)

hard to tell from that picture - could be T8's?

Brightness isn't always the best indicator either for how good tank lighting is (especially for corals)

P.S. How is the bio load coping with two high-waste fish going in together as first fish? Keep an eye on nitrates and keep those water changes up. Might even want to consider a bacteria booster like prime for a couple weeks.

checked the levels today so far its doing well ammonia was at 0.5-0.25 since been nuked with seachem armguard to remove that 0.1 nitrite and 0 nitrate phosphate was 1.0 so its not doing too badly at all actually
