The Nem is doing great, I was really lucky I put him in the spot I like and he probably moved 5cm and hasn't moved since.

this tank is looking really nice :) great job with coral selection! your calcium can be bumped a little higher. your acro will love that. you wont need to test for magnesium as you will use your calcium as an indicator. if your calcium is around the 400-450 mark then your mag should be around 1350 ppm. hope this helps you out a bit :)

Yeah I usually dose at least 5ml every two days with seachem calc, but i was away for 4 days so that didn't get done usually have it about 460.

sounds pretty good to me :) look into brightwell aquatics additives. ive had great success with them.
