This is my first attempt at image stacking, it is 10 photos with slightly different focus points all stacked so the whole image is in focus rather than just a small area as is the case with a lot of Macro.

The camera stays in one place, I think the stacking works better if the item being shot has a large depth so you focus at the front and slowly work your way back in small increments. I then used a program called Helicon Focus.

These came on the live rock when I first set up the tank.

Some pink Zoos. Some seem to fluoresce more than others.

Thanks @Cosby, a macro lens is well worth it. My son spends hours in the front yard looking for spiders, bugs and lizards to photograph as well as the tank.
