New Corals
I went to get some new corals all excited after the new system set up.

Got my first hammer and some nice torches, along with a few gonis and a risky sun coral :):

No more corals for a while, until I get my cyano problem handled.

The hammer in particular looks lovely.

In my experience the sun corals aren't too difficult but you have to make sure you spot feed them very regularly. If you aren't committed, swap it for something else with a fellow reefer.

Thank you. That hammer looks really like that (no photoshop trick).

The sun coral is target feed twice a week. Tho with my cyano issue, I think I will go with the recommendation of taking out of the tank in a small container and feed him there. It would help to feed him correctly as the peppermint shrimp are all over it when I feed him.

I agree, I would see how committed I am to feed him or will swap it. Such a gorgeous coral when open tho.
