What is everyone using who has a set?

Can anyone share some info or post a sched for download and trial?

They have a few schedules u can download on there.
I've been using the LPS schedule for the past 3 months.
Haven't noticed any difference coral wise to my last schedule which was quite similar. But I'm happy with the amount of white and blue light throughout the day and everything seems to be doing well.

Any truth to the fact we don't need the green channel for coral growth and all it does is help promote algae?

considering turning it off on any scheds i run.

I'm not sure really, I remember an article I saw ages ago on Advanced Aquarist talked about the usefulness of some colours of LEDs but a lot of it was all scientic jargon to me and I lost interest reading quite quick! Haha
The fact that a lot of people and even the profiles above run the green Chanel quite low may suggest not much is needed.
