That's good - so I wasn't overdosing.

My tank's 370 litres including sump. My estimate is that with rocks, that makes about 300 litres of actual water. So I'm using 6ml of each combined in the cute lil plastic jug. The bottles stay in the fridge, yep.

Can't say I have seen improved growth but then again I don't have an identical tank to compare it with to check. But I feel better knowing that there is food for the corals.

Well I've just dosed my new tank - if it stays yellow/green I'll be spewing. I'll see how it looks in the morning.
