Set-up
I am just starting the set-up of my new tank and thought it would be a good idea to start a journal to go along with it!
It is something that I have wanted for a long time but haven't been able to talk my husband into. My current 700litre reef tank has started to leak (we think it happened when we moved to our new house) and we've tried twice to fix it with no luck. I am very concerned that I will come down one morning and find my tank all over the floor.
So I now have my way and a new tank only weeks away.
My two tanks will be going into one tank, the smaller cube and my current large reef.
So today we put the IBC tank that will hold my saltwater into the garage and we set-up the holding tanks for the transfer from the current tanks to the new tank. We'll also need to hold, rocks, corals and sumps will go into a third tank.
