Ok so i decided to pull my skimmer out and clean it. It dosent look dirty or anything but with the issues its worth a try.

I mixed a 1L bottle of white vinegar and water and turned it on. Is this ok I just didn't have a bike big enough to submerge it all as the red sea max 250 skimmer is ALOT bigger then I expected.

Oil so after about 6 or so hours in the vinegar/water I gave the skimmer a clean. Came up looking like brand new.
I rinsed of with fresh water and put back together tripple checking everything was right. I.e hoses clean moving air perfect. Seals tight. Etc.

I've put back in aquarium and tuned it on and got the bubbles stable atm but still having micro bubbles and air still turned right down as if i turn it up it over flows. I'll let it run and brake in and hope for the best.
