I'm going to ramp it up at 1/2 of what he has on the chart Frank. I've got the parts to finally make the slow upflow filtre I've been wanting to do and I am off this weekend so shit's gonna get done, lol.

From what I have read and observed in my own tank, his chart is pretty conservative but there's no harm in going even slower than the chart suggests.

I ramped the dosing up in about half the time the chart suggested and had no issues at all.

I'm being VERY conservative mate. There are a few fish in these tanks I've had for 6+ years and I'd be really upset if I lost them. I'm dosing 3ml for a week, then 5ml for a week, then 8ml for a week, then 10ml for a week, then 15ml the following week and into a holding pattern there for 2 weeks.
