So after a few variations to our design over the last 2 years of planning this is the final plan that we came up with that has been sent off to the drafting agency for final drafting.

And this is were are are up to atm.
We are waiting for the plans to be finished drawn before we can do more.

some seriousness going into this lol so jealous but also so excited to have this tank here on the reefuge its going to be one of the most amazing set-ups ever
once your house plans are set, how long is the building of the house expected to take?

We are still in the process of having the drawings done up. We are looking at having the actual house build start toward the end of next year. In the mean time we are trying to get all the other things organizes for council approval. sewage/water etc and once the plans are back, we can get started on the cut n fill, and sewage installation etc.

Not a lot has changed for updating this. The plans seem like they have been taking forever (already 6 weeks overdue) are still in the works but are finally getting closer to being finished.
