Reading the recent ReefBuilders article about top reef forums (and the ensuing bitch fights about whether Reef Central really is as horrendous as some make out), I couldn't help but wonder how forum activity differs across them. RC has WAYYYY more members than any other, but is it the most active ? The answer is no ... THIS forum is!

In terms of posts per topic at least. Granted 48% of those are pictures of leo's tank and another 40% MTG ... but still.

Yes I am a numbers nerd, but thought some might be interested too :rolleyes

Yeah exactly. The debate about RC vs R2R led me to look up how many members they each have, and then I just stuck the members/topics/posts into Excel and calculated the 'pers'.

If you look under the profile pics next to each of the posts, occasionally, you will see a location that is not Vic. It doesnt happen often but we are here ;)
