My Premnas clowns have quite the habit of taking a flying bite whenever I put my hand in the tank.
The other day, the female actually jumped clear of the water to bite me. This morning the male did one better and took a running jump at my hand but missed and went out of the tank to land on the tiled floor.
Picked him up and put him back in, didn't phase him one bit. As soon as I went near the water again he had another go.
On a nicer note, when I was feeding my Ocellaris clowns yesterday, the female took one of the pieces of prawn and swam over to her bubble tip nem and fed it the piece of prawn and then swam back to have a feed. I had heard of this happening but it was so neat to see it actually happen.

Mine would only take the prawn to the nem if it was too big for them to eat themselves - yours could not have been too hungry if they fed the nem before themselves :)

I have a theory on that.
I have always had wild caught clowns over the years and they have always feed their nem. Tank bread ones don't seem to do it.

Chris told me it's because these guys are hoarders and intend to come eat it later, the Nem of course does this for them. It's the symbiotic relationship they have.

My clown is a bitch since I moved a couple of rocks next to her nem. Bites me every time I put my hand in the tank!

The female is the one who attacks my hand in my tank, even attacks the corals or rock that I am holding, such an a$$hole. And she's the one fetching food for the nem if there's a huge chunk of something in the tank. She's done it with a papersnail I dropped in once. The male attacks the magnet cleaner, go figure.

Yeah, anytime I put something new in the tank or rearrange something she pushes at it like crazy. I've been amazed at the strength she has to move things.

Mine does that too! Only during the night though, she'll just shove off large corals and anything near the anemone.

My blue green chromis would bite me when i put my hand in the water. I got tired of that eventually and gave it a good flick with my finger one day. It seems to have more respect these days. Maybe fish are a bit like dogs. If you let them be in charge they will and if you want to be in charge you can be.

I try that, it just makes my clown go crazy. If I just ignore her she tends to just leave me alone. She smells the fear on me though :p

My female maroon clown likes to make a huge sand storm in my tank and pushes anything away from the nem. Yesterday
I was moving things around and the male decided to have a bite of me.
