Update 3:Almost show time!
The rock is nice and clean now and has been soaked 5 times with water and dechlorinating drops to remove any trace of the bleach bath.
The tank is now painted with glass primer and black paint
(vinyl over the top of the paint for protection)

The rock is now stuck down with silicon and epoxy putty.
