Update:5 (11 Months In One Post)
It was a bit tricky with updates on this tank as I have been using it for my product R&D which has stopped me be being able to post photos (It has been running on my then unreleased marine-pac 3 since January)

Tank cycles and goes through the uglies
Top secret prototype Marine-Pac3 with ATO + refugium + cheato goes in
The refugium light is a custom fan cooled 10W 660nm Blue/Red 470nm grow light LED chip and the intensity is enough to make Cheato pearl with O2!
Dec 13 Zoa Frags arrive and start going in
Zoas begin growing out and covering the frag plugs
Around May
More additions + I get sick of looking a the bare bottom so sand goes in
I begin vodka dosing and using kalk for ATO in preparation for SPS
Moore goodies
Emergency silicon work after I slip while watering my plant and crack my tank!
It runs like this for a few weeks while I work out what to do.
Salvaged a broken tank from ebay and used it to make a new top while keeping the tank running (most stressful 48 hours ever!) everything makes it through ok and the silicon work looks good.
Around June
SPS testing time (freebie the LFS has almost killed so i get for $10)
A few SPS frags go in and do well
Skimmer doing its thing (I get one of those small containers a week, it doubled its output after I started vodka dosing)
...More SPS and the tank starts looking good (despite the rubbish iPhone photo)

Had Peppermint shrimp for 1 week but they where removed after they started molesting my zoas!

In the Future....
I have found the single most awesome bit of live rock while I was at the coral farm the other day. I will probably take this tank down over the next few months and move everything over to a new edge tank with a reef angle controller+dosing pumps installed in the base of the tank
