Some supplements for fish vitality include it, however being a primarily terrestrial thing (we evolved the ability to process it after leaving "the soup", fish already get the basis from their foods) there is little possible value to come of its addition.

Interesting how this seemed to be a major trend a few years ago- I suppose it's the same with all "things new'-come in and go out of use/fashion.
There was a rationale to using this to try treat certain coral ailments based on possibly the fact that Vit c increases immune status- ?????
of course if the coral recovered then people drew the conclusion that it worked-same as people who take antibiotics for viral infections!!!
Any basis for this?
