Sorry, yes that was a bit of a general question.

At the moment I only have three fish, a helio and a torch and I am adding RedSea CoralGro...I will be adding more corals slowly...long term would love a large staghorn or birdsnest

What should you be adding? Right now, probably top-off water. Waterchanges will take care of what you've got easily. For more Scleractinian corals, you'll possibly need to supplement the "big 3" (Calcium, Bicarbonates, and Magnesium), however some crazy people (ie. me) add anywhere up to 11 different things in addition to these. Isn't needed in most tanks, except for those with very specific care requirements. Keep it simple and you'll be rewarded kindly.

Sorry Sven, I should have remembered that :rolleyes. You may find that the calcium and alkalinity levels of the NSW are a bit lower than you will want to maintain in your tank long term. But as nOrk said, given you current stocking levels, water changes will take care of things for the time being.

For the last 2.5 years all I have added is calcium and bi-carb. Thats it :)
