So, a couple of ESP's arrived during the week - a bit later than expected as I suspect they were trans-shipped from Singapore rather than going anywhere near Darwin.

I have also received my accurate thermometer to test the D18b20's.

This was the thermometer - close to 24.6

And this was the reading from the temperature sensor

So, I incorporated a 'Correction' figure in the software ...

Thermometer - close to 25.05

And the sensor

Very happy with the result :)

Interestingly, another sensor reported a temperature 0.40 °C less than the thermometer so there would appear to be some variation in these sensors. It's good to have a known reference point which can be used to calibrate each of the sensors.

Managed to get OTA (Over the Air) updating working - this allows the program to be updated via a web page rather than directly connected to the computer.

Almost finished ...

Was very pleased to see this progressing. Great work!
Don't worry, it's been progressing - it's also been working on my tank for the past few months with no issues.

I have also played around with the settings and have reduced the temperature swing to 0.06 degrees Celsius - that should be small enough to keep everyone/everything happy.
