so i have paid to upgrade my account and the money has come out but my wallet says zero and i'm not vip. i used my card instead of a paypal account $7.31 23 days ago (friday oct 30th) and $29.46 51 days ago (friday oct 2nd) lavapixel 4029357733 AUS.
