I have slowly made the transition from mixed to SPS (not completely there yet).

Thanks mate , good luck with the rescaping . Rescaping always dose my head in. you will have half an hour up your sleeve so you start , 3 hours later your still Juggling rocks around in your tank.... it will be worth it though the colours on SPS are unbliveable.
That red lobo is stunning! I agree with your comment yesterday that some hammers would add a lot to the bottom sections of the tank. Some more red would also make the rest pop :D
