Hey guys, just wanted to see if anyone has tried mixing kalkwasser to their top off water. If so how did you do it? Also what were your thoughts?

I have been using it on my nano, works very well but you really need an air tight ATO container.

Also I have an ATO that lets me set a maximum run time (currently set to 5 second) which you really need since if the float switch gets stuck or something you risk killing everything.

I mix up a fully saturated solution in a plastic jug and pour the clear part of the solution into the ATO tank.

Next question is, what could I be adding to my top off water?
I should mention it's for a mixed reef 600 litres.
