Building the filtration partition.
Backing was cut in Slacks Creek by Aaron at Reef Safers for $80. Great work!

I drilled the hole myself once i knew where the pump plumbing was going to be.

Clear Acrylic offcuts was cut into baffles, i'm no pro at silicone so.... it works.

Crushed coral from Guppies 2-3mm and the Tunze 6015 from Age of aquariums.

Aqua Medic 500 is a fantastic skimmer and more than enough for this setup. Cheap reactor from Guppies for bio pellets. Maybe a bit of overkill but i will see...

Used old plumbing parts from my endless spares, i couldnt justify new ones just cos they will look clean. Plumbed the reactor to the Eheim 1000. Sharing the return flow with the display volume. This might change as i'm plannin on running a chiller and then using this pump to run both the chiller and the reactor.
