Keeping inline with the title "Very very very very very Slow", we have finally got all the sign offs from the certifier and council to actually have some physical movement to our build.

Only thing that changed was the final positioning of the house location.

and so now, we have approvals for the plumbing system, water tanks, tree removal and the house.

So this is a pano of what is to be the house area before any ground works started

They estimated they should be finished by Friday this week for the house pad and shed pad with cutouts for the HSTP and water tanks, I think it may take them a little longer but exciting to finally see things start to happen

Yeh the photos are all taken standing at the front side of the block (bottom of site plan) looking to the back (top of site plan). I was standing in the middle across about inline with the A in datum.

So its all taking a little longer than they expected, the pad cut/fill has started.

Yeh Mate, Hopfully shed, sewage, water and power will all be setup by the end of the year
