    The first photo was taken JAN 2016. He/she was the size of a 50c coin
    The last one was today now approximately 15cm

    Wow, gorgeous fish! Amazing change in colouration and pattern. Very cool. He/she is obviously very happy in your tank and getting enough to eat.

    What's the general guideline for max size?

    Thanks mate, in Dr Burgess's book it has 400L but I think that is swimming area. Min is in a 650L (5x2.5x2) tank and for the moment looks happy enough.

    I would love to have a big tank and keep angels like yours.

    I caught a Moorish Idol on the weekend, but released it as I don't have the tank size (and natural growth) to allow it to flourish.
