Further to my post yesterday, I use 4 or 5 small scoops of Aquasol in a 2 litre bottle with a bit more for a 3 litre bottle. My measurement process is probably less refined than that of @
Dr. Schell.
The reason I am not concerned is that I have been using my nanno to feed my rotifers - the rotifers are subsequently removed from the water using a fine mesh before feeding to the clownfish larvae. So, none of the water actually makes it into my tanks.
You need to keep in mind that the fertiliser feeds the algae - if all of the fertiliser is not fully consumed by the nanno and you pour that into your tank then any nuisance algae in the tank will think it is Christmas :)
So, you need to try and reach a balance - too little fertiliser and the nanno will not mature properly - too much and you will be pouring phosphates etc into your tank.
