Hello @macca_75,

Please go to your account preferences and select watched threads in the navigation bar on the left. The direct link is here http://www.thereefuge.com.au/board/watched/threads

To unwatch a thread, simply go to the thread, and on top of the first post of the thread, you will see a link that says "Unwatch Thread". If you click that, you will no longer be watching the thread.

For additional options, go to your account preferences ( http://www.thereefuge.com.au/board/account/preferences ) and in the options on the right, you will see the rules you set about watching threads.
