How To Hang An Ai Hydra Using Cade Light Poles
Ok...this is for documentation purposes as I couldn't really find this information anywhere.
The Hydra hanging kit will not screw into the hanging arms for the CADE light poles. There is no way to actually hang the light from the poles, using only what they give you in the packaging.
On the left, top and bottom, are the AI supplied fittings for the wire to go through and the screw supplied. When using an ATI light, you can simply screw the end of the wire into the fitting on the pole and your good to go, AI not so easy. On the right are the fittings that you'll need to hang the lights. Lucky for you, the reader of this most excellent of posts, the fitting is on the end of the hanging arm, you just need to destroy it to get to it!
Take one hanging arm
And cut the wire so you can get to the screw thing. The screw thing fits into this thing:
Feed the wire through the holes before you screw it into the thing above, put your fasteners on your light, feed all the wires through, hang your light and this is the end result
