Here are some photos of macroalgae species I have growing in my tank!

If anyone wants to lend their opinion to any of their identities, go ahead!

The third one is OK - harmless. I think it's called Dragon's Tongue. I use to have some in my old tank, looks great under blue lights. Can get growing, but manageable.

Yeah go on Dean, rub it in. You know I want some of that Dragon's macro algae.





Btw, I think I have some Codium macro algae if you would like to swap. That is, I will have to check the tank as my Yellow Tang has taken a liking to it. It is suppose to be inedible to most, but the Yellow Tang eats it. Actually, my Yellow Tang also eats spaghetti worms and other unusual things too.

Numbers 1,3 and 4 are most likely Dragon's Tongue macroalgae. #2 is Dictyota sandvicensis. #5 is Botryocladia pseudodichotoma.
