Has any used the Marine source BRD 1.2 Bio pellet reactor and if so what do the think of them.
it will be going in a 350 reefer.

Seeing if I should buy one.
Faint seem to find much info on them,or YouTube video shown what the look like when working.
Ideally I'd love a reef dynamics one but can not find any online here in Australia.

I like the JNS reactors - and you can always do a fairly cheap mod on them to turn them into a recirculating reactor - http://thereefuge.com/threads/recirculating-biopellet-reactor-jns-alpha-2.11325/

Yeah I have the JNS alpha 2 on my frag tank and it works well.
The only fault I can find with it is, vibration noise.
Frag tank is in the shed, but new tank is going in the lounge room and it might get a bit annoying. Does it work any better with the mod? do you know.

Watching tv with the wife last night and I remembered that I use to have a phosphate reactor 15 about years ago on another tank. I think I kept it when I got out of marine hobby all them years ago.
It was a good one, a Korallin biodenitrator that I converted to a Calcium reactor.
Will ave to look in the shed, will be packed away in a box if I still have it.
Not sure I could convert it to a pallet reactor though ?

Well look what I found.
Reactor and the big ass skimmer I had on my big tank.
Skimmer may be over kill on a reefer 350 lol.
