As this was a test build I wasn't sure if I could build an aquarium and even if I could, would it explode? So I decided on building the floor in a "decking" style, just in case I had an water leak, the water would seep through the gaps in the deck and not destroy/flood the rest of the house. I plastered and insulated the room to keep a more constant temperature and I installed a blue acrylic roof that stops uv but I thought would be beneficial to the corals I intended to grow. There is also adequate ventilation to stop any humidity rising in this room.

Thanks for following Agent M. There's still plenty to post, the tanks are now finished cycling and the first lot of corals are in.
