I realised that my Journal was lacking photos

My first anenome, which my clown hosted within a day. Its so interesting watching the clown and anenome live together

I was having issues with my temps during the hotter days and got myself a little fan

Ive always had a thing for blennys, love their lil faces popping out to check you out

Here is one of my freshwater tank with my eastern long neck turtle hunting a yabbie for dinner!

So the smaller anenome died unfortunately, and i got my hands on the much larger one below

I also had this strange growth of seaweed of some sort which i have removed

this is my current RODI setup installed in my basement garage

Yep she was going great until the torch died and the nem has split into 2. hopefully the rodi water and red sea coral pro salt will help things be more stable

Are you still having temperature swings? I've found BTA's to be quite forgiving of less than perfect water parameters, but high temperatures really knock them around.

temperature is undercontrol at the moment, i need to get myself a better thermometer, the cheap ebay digital ones die on me, and i noticed my recent one has corrosion on the sensor?

Honestly I just use these ones. $2.50, won't let you down.

I put them on the side of my aquarium where they aren't noticeable but I can check the temp at a glance. I'm the kind of person that if something isn't super easy I won't do it.
