So I have a shell (LEDs but WAY too white ) and a driver for the light I want to use on my nano but what I'm wondering is I have a mean well lpc 35 700 can I use 1w leds with it or only the 3w stars ? I'm thinking 3w's will just cook everything as light to water surface is 3cm then surface to sand bed is a whopping 16cm wanting mushies and zoas mainly by maybe a couple of nano hammers

You have to check what mA they use, Steve's LED and Rapid LED are the 2 places I got mine from. You could research the requirements there. I'm not an electrical person, hopefully, one of the more electrical minds folks can help you.
