Fed the tank this morning reef roids and mysis combo for my LPS. Sprayed some reef roids near my SSC frag and now it's being a bit weird. Did this last time as well just want to know if its some sort of feeding response or if its not happy about the food

The big PE (looking thing) not sure if it is but there's a few really long white things coming out of polyps otherwise looks perfectly fine

Those longer strands are mesentary fibres. If there's another coral nearby it's about to get dissolved. If there is another coral nearby it needs to be moved right now.

I wouldn't try feeding sps. Just give em good water and light (plus steady levels of alk, cal and mag)

Ah okay as long as it's not dying that's a relief.

No other corals that near it, my anemone is closest but not much i can do about that and it wasn't within range of the stingers
