Also trying Brightwells Koral Colour and Korallen Zeovit Biomate

I have not seen much improvement in coral colour since using Brightwells Koral Colour.
Biomate dosing started 3 weeks ago as I had a bottle given to me so thought why not, no noticeable changes in tank so far.

I do not currently do any water changes and have not done so for 5 months now.

Bicarb instead of Alk buffer, i like!! Do you bake it first?

What are you using to control nitrates and phosphates with no water changes?

@Uglyman ok, just checked out your thread, really nice tank!!!!, so i am assuming you dose nothing for nitrates and phosphates? So how is it your levels don't raise?, DSB?

What are you using to control nitrates and phosphates with no water changes?

I don't bake the bicarb and it's just food grade bulk 20kg I use.
I only have caulerpa/liverock and a TLF 150 with carbon (used to use GFO in it but not chasing PO4 numbers so meh), I also have a 3 inch deep sand bed in tank so could be classed as a DSB, used to have a 5 inch sandbed in sump but removed it 6 months ago as it was getting black spots in it when my circulation pump died and was not noticed for 4 weeks lol.
