enjoyed raeding this TJ start to finish! sorry to hear about the yellow tang that was unlucky! looking forward to seeing the new tank if the last one is anything to go by!!

well I can get 10kg argonite for $45 less than 10 minutes drive. Would have to beat that to make it worth while. Understand this is more expensive but I am not trying to get this particular sand.

Dont want to rip you off

I'm going to buy atleast 30-40kgs.

From memory I think I put 20kgs in my current tank and its not enough for say the elegance coral the clam etc.. Over time some of the sand disappears or gets pushed to the back of the tank due to the water movement etc etc..

My elegance is huge (and I mean huge!!), with a big base at the bottom. So I need atleast 5-6cms of depth for it.

Arrives this saturday :) Cant wait.

So getting things ready for the tank move. Just got water delivered so thats sorted. Also purchased 40kgs of coral sand and ecotech light hanging kit.

Will put up some pics on saturday :)

Hows your RLSS skimmer going? Thinking of getting the same one. Worth it?
