mainly due to the fact I don't have room for a IBC, I think both water options are good but storage is easier in a town house, dont want to fill half of the yard with water storage.

nah I think they are both good, just go with what is more convenient/works better for your situation. Some ppl get a bit ansy saying one is better than the other but IMO quality salt and quality NSW are on par.
