So TNT couldnt deliver it on Friday, so i get a call saying it will be today.

I called this morning as i saw no update.....

TNT: "Sorry sir this will be delivered tomorrow not today as it did not reach the depot in time"

Me: " Im sorry but i will not be the person who loses out because a driver was too incompetent to make a phone call to let me know he was there even though there were people waiting all day for him, and because he couldn't get it back to your depot on time, it wont be delivered tomorrow it will be delivered today, unless you're offering to return my postage and insurance cost and pay the wages of the person i've asked to be home on friday and today, does your postage insurance cover that? ;) "

TNT: "I'll get it looked into"

6 phone calls later

TNT: "We've put it on a direct courier for you who will call you when he leaves the depot with a time of arrival and call when he is there"

Me: "Thank you :D"
